This was a nice ring, but it was too long for my fingers. The stones were nice and the silverwork was good, but it just did not look good on my short, stubby fingers. I must admit to being a little miffed by customer service on this one. I bought the ring at $79 and when I went on the website the next day I saw that it had gone on sale for $71. I called customer service to ask for the sale price. I was told that that was not possible. I ordered and just received this American West leather coil bracelet in brown….When I opened the box, I could not believe the size/quality of this bracelet….First of all, I have a 6-1/2 inch wrist….When I tried it on, it was so snug that I doubt if it would even fit a child's wrist and on top of that, the braided leather did not even measure up to the quality of other leather pieces of Carolyn's that I've had for a few years now….The whole bracelet was STICKY to the touch, and to top it all off, there was NO QVC return label attached to the receipt….One positive note though, I did speak to a very nice lady from QVC's customer service dept. who promised to send me a return label by mail ASAP since I do not have a printer to print one out….During the presentation, this bracelet looked very substantial on the TV screen but sadly, it was nothing like that in person…Because the quality of American West's leather has seemed to have changed, (at least in this piece), I doubt if I will be ordering any more American West jewelry any time soon…..Soleil811

This might have been okay had the stones been better. The green is a bit brighter than I would have liked. It doesn't look all that great on, even with my outfit that coordinates and is very subdued. The "red" side is just awful! It isn't red at all. It's a brownish-orange, just the worst color imaginable, like something you might throw up. I doubt it would match any apparel. And then when I realized I had spent $100 for this necklace! I wouldn't spend over $30 for this piece! I bought the malachite and it's simply lovely. I don't even recall the chain, but I know know for certain I don't use it or even store it with it so it wasn't impressive. I've worn this a few times with some of her malachite earrings and then also a green onyx ring I bought many years ago. This is a decent sized enhancer – on the smaller size but def seen. Just received the picture jasper and howlite naja enhancers. The stones in the picture jasper naja are beautiful; the striation in the howlite naja is more subdued but very nice. This naja does fit on the American West bead necklace J363104; it will snap over the sterling beads between the gemstones. I already had the howlite bead necklace and I'm pleased that the naja fits it. The naja is a nice size but not as large as the super naja. I was able to purchase these on a gemstone jewelry sale price on easy pay. I recommend this enhancer.By the Lake
I ordered the Rhodonite. It was a great "clearance" price! Once I ordered it I went to go watch the video again and the notice said that it was no longer available. I knew then that I ordered the LAST ONE! I almost cancelled my order but since the clearance price was so great I decided to take a chance. I was APPALLED at what I received. The Naja was RECEIVED with a huge BEND in it and not just a little bend. Then I noticed a large CRACK in one of the stones. It was cracked all the way through because you could see the crack on the BACK SIDE of the stone in the same spot! Unbelievable! I was able to get the bend out but could not get past that big CRACK! QVC should have listed this "last item in stock" with an "AS IS" listing! After seeing it however I would not have paid $50 bucks for it! BACK IT WENT THE NEXT DAY! I purchased this bracelet and the ring to match a while ago. I just wore them yesterday for the first time and noticed that when I went outdoors in the sunlight the bracelet does not match the bright red coral ring at all. The 4 stones, 2 on each end of the bracelet are bright red coral and the 6 middle stones are a pink coral. Very disappointed that American West would make something like this. Decided to purchase the green turquoise naja during the Countdown75 sale. I bought this instead of the necklace which is also beautiful but too large for my taste. The picture shows the color as a yellowish green but mine is a nice green shade with some tan matrix. It is very beautiful and will be worn often with a variety of native pearl necklaces in my collection. I also have the denim lapis naja (same style) and love it! The color of the stones was lovely, but I had to return it because of the fit. I wear a size 7, so that is what I ordered. I needed the size 8, so I returned it.
