This water is amazing, and I appreciate Walmart carrying the water on their website; however, what I do not appreciate is the condition the packaging always comes from Walmart! This concern, more so, corresponds to Voss and Icelandic. I know I am not drinking the cardboard packaging; however, the condition of the packaging is a real big let down. Ordered from them previously with no issues but this time I ordered and they sent the wrong size on a few things and I have attempted to contact customer service more than several times and different ways and have had zero luck talking to anyone. Their website glitched when I tried to purchase a bottle and enough filters for a decade. I added both items to my cart and the bottle was mysteriously removed. So after waiting for months the filters arrive but no bottle! I again go through the exact same steps as before and purchase the bottle, which again takes longer than advertised to arrive. Customer service offers a code for a future purchase, which might make sense had I not already purchased enough filters for a decade. You would think they would simply refund me for the additional shipping, but they’re too cheap and stubborn to make the situation right. On top of everything else, this water doesn’t bring any health benefits at all. I feel absolutely zero difference and I have been familiar with alkaline water for years and have used many kinds. My family did a blind taste test between this and our regular Arrowhead Spring water. Chilled both to the same temp. There are 6 of us, and not 1 person could tell any difference in taste. Thanks for the sample bottles, but due to the much higher cost, we will stick with what we already drink! I will say, It would be a nice drink for those that like to look like they drink fancy, expensive water though. The quality is excellent, great tasting, just like regular Arrowhead Spring water, just not worth the extra cost in my opinion.Littlerabbitsmom
Extremely poor delivery and packaging. I’m giving it 1 star due to the delivery and package. The 3 cases came in 1 big box. The box had the 3 pa Kate’s of boxed waters laying on the side so some of the waters could have leaked. My delivery of this water was left in my drive way instead of by my front door. The boxes inside had been ripped open due to the possible rolling of the box they where inside of. All of the bottle waters had come out of the original boxes. So it looks like this big box was tossed or rolled around. The big box was taped with packing tape to make it look like it was holding up. So sad. Water needs a better delivery service that can handle heavy boxes. Or ship each box of heave waters in smaller boxes individually. That would be the smartest thing to do. Walmart you need to do much better. As far as the water itself. This is good water. I would recommend. But not this delivery service and pacakaging.Amanda

At first, I really was not too sure about this water bottle as I became worried it being glass and paranoid it would break and the fact that I walk everywhere in the city and concerned about its heaviness. Here is what I discovered using this after a week traveling all over the city with it in my backpack and in hand. The quality of this water bottle is absolutely great! Slightly heavier for on the go walking around in city, though I become used to it. I love the bamboo eco friendly lid top and the handle is a great useful tool. The stainless steel filter holder works great for tea or fruit/mint/cucumbers cut up to infuse water. The glass is sturdier than I thought it would be. I did drop the glass bottle once on a carpeted area and it survived! I still recommend Invigorated creators, make the silicone sleeve that protects bottle smaller slots between to protect item better. Love the design and so happy I can have great tasting water wherever I am . Bottle isn't too heavy considering it is made out of glass. I first received a completely shattered bottle but Invigorated Water was prompt to replace it. I had a great customer service experience and the company even gave me free a ph tester for the trouble, which I appreciated. However, my replacement bottle's lid cracked within 5 days (see pictures). The cracked piece fell off the day after I took the pics. I own an Invigorated Water Pitcher and have been loving it for over a year without a problem. I am disappointed this bottle's lid broke so quickly, especially considering the price tag. I am giving this bottle 4 stars because, although I love it, I'm not sure of its durability….kc
