Reviews:
I honestly didn’t think I needed these until I finally got them. And I only got them because I needed new headsets (or earphones) for work, but I also didn’t want to spend that much money for the AirPod Max. The moment I tried these on for the first time, the audio quality blew my mind. It took about two weeks getting used to them because they hurt my ears regardless of earplug size. Once I finally broke into them, I could wear them comfortably for hours. The adaptive transparency feature is definitely something you don’t think you need until you finally use it. There are plenty of articles online explaining all of their features, so I’m not going to deep dive into that. I will say, connecting to a Mac is seamless, I love that it recognizes when I pull them out and pauses streaming music/videos. I use them during zoom meetings at work, and my audio (and voice) is always clear. Coworkers can’t even hear my background noise. Battery life for the earphone could use some improvement, but from what I’ve been reading, using transparency or noise canceling causes it to drain faster. Note to those who use Logitech MX keys and mouse. You’ll need to use the unifying receiver with the peripherals because these AirPods don’t play nice with other Bluetooth devices (too much interference). My coworkers said my voice sounded robotic like a transformer during my zoom meetings. The only solution was to switch those peripherals from Bluetooth to unifying USB receiver, which was a bummer because I didn’t want to use up two USB ports. Other than that, I 100% recommend these if you don’t mind spending that much. Bonus, you can typically find coupon codes on honey and apply them to your Best Buy purchases to get a discount IF you use a Best Buy credit card.SubieBro
I own the Airpods Pro 1st Generation and loved them, but I was intrigued by the new ones and ended up picking them up. So far I absolutely love the upgrade and here is why! PROS: – The Noise Cancelling is FAR better than the originals. I mow the lawn with the 1st gen and they were good enough but the 2nd gen actually keep the sound out and let me hear what I am listening too without having to crank the volume! – The sound quality is much improved as well! My music and podcasts sound fantastic, even at a low volume. – The new Chip inside has also noticeable as these have a much stronger connection to my iPhone and provide better charging information and better find my information. – Speaking of that, I love how the case has a speaker on it for find my! Such a useful feature as I misplace these often and the sound the case plays is very helpful. – The Case is also magsafe compatible which is another nice added feature. – Lastly, the have touch controls for changing the volume which are really helpful as well. CONS: – Although I think the silicone ear tips are improved and more comfortable than before, I wish these came with both silicone and foam tips. BOTTOM LINE: – If you use Airpods Pro every day, these are a very worthy upgrade! The vastly improved noise cancellation, improved sound quality, and improved chip & case all make these a fantastic purchase. I am very happy with the purchase!NJuice
I refused to spend on Airpods when they came out because I got cheap Chinese brands that worked for me, but my brother-in-law gave me some regular Airpods and I got hooked on the simplicity since they so easily work with all my Apple devices. When I saw the improvements on these I was too tempted to pass them up. They sound better than my regular Airpods and I like the ability to have more variety of controls. There was just double tap on left and right for the regular version. I had my left one set to play/pause and right to go to the next track. On the Pro 2 it took some getting used to squeezing instead of tapping, but now I can squeeze once to play/pause, twice for next track or 3 times for previous track. These also have the ability to adjust volume by sliding your fingertip up or down the flat part of the stem. It took some getting used to too, but now it's easy. Spatial audio is a cool feature too, but not one that sold me on these. It's just a plus, not something that I would spend extra for. I like the Adaptive Transparency, though I need to fine tune it. Unlike my cheap brand of earbuds, the adaptive transparency seems to filter out most wind noise instead up just amplifying it so that the feature was useless in the wind on the cheap brand. I haven't tried riding my bike in these yet, but walking down the street with wind doesn't blast my ears out. It comes with several tips for different ear sizes, though I'm just using the ones it started me with. I don't know how much difference it makes, but it had me sweep my camera across my ears to get an awareness of the shape of them and adjust the audio for me specifically. That was cool, but I didn't use them without it for comparison. I like that I can see them or the case in my Find My app too in case I need to locate them. I also like that this case can charge wirelessly as opposed to my non pro Airpods and the speaker is nice to let me know when they start charging. And these last almost through my whole workday before needing a charge. Even then, they charge up a lot in a short period of time, so I can just plug in for a few minutes to make it through the rest of the workday. It's a splurge for sure with them being overpriced, but if you have some extra and like the ease of the ecosystem it's a good purchase.xtwentyseven

Advertised as "The gift card for everything Apple". Don't make my same mistake. I purchased a considerable amount added it to my Apple account in what the call Apple ID balance under the impression I could use MY MONEY to buy "everything Apple". What Apple has been doing since is holding MY MONEY refusing to honor the purchase of certain Apple products or give me MY MONEY back. The latest example I was trying to purchase AppleCare+ protection plan for a Macbook Pro 14 and Apple again refused to let me use MY MONEY to purchase an Apple product. The list goes on and on. Most of MY MONEY, what I have left after a few purchases of "qualifying"Apple items, has been sitting in what they call Apple ID balance for over one year now.DTEN
My mother has some dementia going on. Someone called her and told her to go to Kroger and buy 2 $500 apple gift cards, and to stay on the phone with them or else she would lose her house. She did so out of fear and read the numbers to the man on the outside of the package without even opening it. He then told her to go to CVS and buy two more. She tried but thank God the lady said I can’t sell these to you because you are being scammed. I found these unopened gift cards in her purse, and thought surely that man could not have gotten what he needed on the outside of the package, so maybe the money is still on there. I called Apple they said the cards had been reported as fraud and the money never got spent you’re going to have to take this up with Kroger. After hours and hours of getting the runaround I finally got to a supervisor at Apple. She told me we were in fact out of luck, and the money is gone. They were very unapologetic and would not do anything to help. How can it be so easy for this to happen if the cards were never even opened?! There should be something apple can do to send up a flag if someone just purchased the card and the money almost immediately gets taken out! I’m tempted to leave everything Apple behind because of this! I will advise everyone I can not to purchase apple gift cards! So sad!Talitha Darling

Reviews:
Apple makes state of the art products, so I was surprised to find that these expensive ear pods were disappointing. I use them for music/video streaming and cannot comment on their performance in phone calls and noise cancellation. The sound quality is clear, with good treble and midrange but not much bass. The maximum volume possible on my ipad and iphone is lower than I would like. Despite trying all the various ear tips included in the package, I find them uncomfortable and prone to slip off easily. They do not seem to have the listening time between charges that Apple promises. For example, my charging case takes 4 hours or more to charge fully, whereas it is advertised as only an hour. I returned my first set to Micro Center because the recharge time seemed excessively long (up to 8 hours) but am having almost the same problem with the set I received in exchange. This gets to another issue that potential buyers should be aware of. Due to Covid protocols, Micro Center is not allowing the normal 30-day period to return this product if you are not fully satisfied. Covid is a bummer, so this policy seems sensible. But despite being assured by the sales agent and by Micro Center’s online tech support that I could return them if they were defective, when I tried to do so, my local Micro Center would only exchange them for a new set if I agreed to purchase an extended replacement warranty ($20 for 2 years). What choice did I have? There are many brands of ear buds available in the market, but unfortunately there is no way you can try them before purchasing, nor can you necessarily return them if you’re not happy. Caveat emptor! If I had to do it again, I would get recommendations from friends who use them for purposes like mine. My guess is that there are other choices out there that perform at least as well as the Apple AirPods but at much lower cost.Xork
This are pretty solid wireless headphones for an affordable price, at least when they're frequently on sale under $200. The battery life is pretty solid, when fully charged you get around 4-5 hours, and they charge fairly quick in the case. The case gets about 3 or 4 days of regular charges before it runs out of battery and needs to be charged with a cable. I guess my main problems with these is that they are a little awkward feeling in the ear. You are supposed to wear them kind of diagonal in your ears and they are bigger than most earphones I am used to. They aren't painful really when worn correct, but they do fill my entire eardrum and if I wear them for more than an hour or 2 they definitely start to mildly irritate my ears. They are good at cancelling outside noise, I can't hear my fan or the furnace with these on. The last issue is charging these things and the case. There is no percent or indicator on the battery of these or the case if you don't use apple products so if you are using these with a windows PC or Android you'll get a notification sound around 10 minutes before the battery dies on the phones. Then you put them in the charger to charge them and it has a yellow dot. When you put the headphones in the case it will have a yellow dot if the battery if low on the headphones and a green one if they are sufficiently charged. And when you take the headphones out the case will have a green or yellow dot based on if the case itself is well charged or needs to be charged with the cable. This is a little confusing at first and even when you get the hang of it, it still is annoying not knowing how many charges I can get out of a case and sometimes the case will be green and I'll let these charge overnight, then my computer won't detect them and when I open the case and take the airpods out I find out the case is not charged up, like if its less than 20 percent it should just show a yellow light. I never thought charging something could be so complicated, but I guess that's Apple's way of making things for no Apple users as annoying and complicated as possible so you have to buy their overpriced products. I mean AirPods aren't the best wireless headphones, most bigger headphones like Beats are slightly better and most wireless earpods in the 400-500 dollar range blow these away as well, but if you're looking for inexpensive wireless earpods with decent build quality, solid battery life, and has pretty solid sound quality for just watching random videos or casual music listening than these are great. But if you want audiofile headphones for serious music listening or use headphones as your main way to watch movies on your computer, then I suggest going higher quality and likely something like Beats or probably something even a little more expensive than Beats, but I'm sure 90% of people will be fine with these since they fulfill their purpose and after the first few weeks they start to feel more comfortable on the ears, even if you never fully get used to them, but I supposed that may vary depending on your ear size.Control
These are great as far as noise cancellation goes, and I love that they actually stay in your ear, unlike the original ones; however, I still never liked the fact that AirPods don’t have the ability to physically change the volume with the AirPods themselves without using siri, so you’d have to use your phone to do it. Also more importantly, after only having used these for about 5 months (and I don’t recall ever dropping or damaging them in any notable way), they’ve started “glitching”/malfunctioning in some ways. For the last month or so, they’ve had trouble “communicating” with my phone. Sometimes my phone will show that they’re not charging when they really are, or sometimes the battery percentages won’t display correctly, or sometimes when I open the AirPod case lid and hold it next to my phone (like you’re supposed to do) to see battery percentages, it won’t give me the pop-up screen right away, and I’ll have to keep closing it and reopening it before it’ll ever pop up. They also sometimes don’t charge properly (or at all) after they’re put in the case, or won’t disconnect from my phone after being put in the case. Not sure if it’s something I’ve done to them or if it’s the device itself, but I’m a little disappointed that they’re malfunctioning already. Oh, and people are correct when they say that these hurt your ears. It’s not so bad that I can’t use them, but they definitely hurt the cartilage part of my ears a little bit sometimes, usually when worn for a long time. Overall though, they are much better and useful than my old original AirPods.HanBanana

Reviews:
Apple FINALLY listened to its business customers and brought us the Magic Keyboard WITH 10-Key. I've been a Mac user for years now and always wanted to be able to use a wireless keyboard. Unfortunately, after trying both the Logitech K750 for Mac and the Kanex MultiSync Aluminum Mac Keyboard with lackluster results, I figured it was a lost cause as Apple's Magic Keyboard didn't include the 10-Key. Then last week I learned about this one and picked one up. Here are my thoughts: Pros: 1) It has the solid look and feel that the original Magic Keyboard has. That's a huge plus as others I've tried have been flimsy. 2) The internal battery is rechargeable via the Lightning port on the back. That's perfect since it's the same cable used by the iPhone. 3) It's very lightweight – only about 1lb. 4) Since it's made by Apple, all of the function keys operate like they're supposed to (that's not the case with aftermarket keyboards as they're not allowed to access those parts of MacOS). 5) It doesn't have the keystroke lag that other aftermarket keyboards have. 6) It doesn't have the wake-from-sleep issue that other aftermarket keyboards have. Cons: 1) It took way to long for Apple to release this 2) The price. MSRP of $130 is steep. But, being an Apple user, I wasn't surprised. 3) It's only available in the aluminum/white color scheme. Since the vast majority of Apple computers are the MacBook, it would be nice if it were available in aluminum/black (as well as the other new MacBook color schemes). Overall, I'm very pleased with mine and plan to buy more as needed.Merc1
I've loved the flat magic keyboards since they came out and now Apple has one with black keys to match many of my other peripherals. I purchased this for a NON APPLE SILICON MacBook Pro I use in clamshell mode often. While it's listed as being for Apple Silicon here's a few reasons why: 1. While TouchID doesn't work with non-Apple Silicon processor devices the button finally works correctly for power and sleep. With my Intel MacBook when I hit the button the system immediately sleeps, monitors turn off, etc. On older Magic Keyboards this button just ejected the CD/DVD ROM which of course hasn't been a part of normal life for a very long time. 2. New keyboard mappings for modern operating systems. You've got the proper Spotlight search keys, dictation key, do not disturb, etc. This brought my external keyboard up to the same setup as my other Mac devices for consistency. 3. Globe key: Straight emoji popup or use it for other languages.sizzle
Great Keyboard – works great with Macs and PC. Issue is w bluetooth. Multiple users in my home use same workstation to utilize 2nd monitor, keyboard and mouse with their laptop when they need to do "real work". The keyboard is a pain to keep connecting and reconnecting as users change. Often it simply won't bluetooth and then gets tossed aside and not used. Pretty pricey, with premium Apple brand name to just end up being tossed aside due to blue tooth connection issues. I expected more from this product. Apple care has not been able to correct after multiple chat sessions. I feel like I way overspent on this keyboard. I am considering going with a "logi" brand keyboard as the mice I have are bluetooth with three "stations" to switch to for multiple users as needed with a workstation type setup. Logi mice work perfectly, every time. Sorry Apple, this product is kind of a miss for me – and it cost me A LOT to learn this lesson as I cannot return the product.BOYCOTTSONY

Reviews:
These are a very healthy snack. They have that wonderful tart green apple taste. Under the ingredients list they only has organic apples listed. They are gluten free, get free, oil free, preservative free, a good source of fiber and have no added sugar. It is a good organic snack for people of all ages.I love to travel and I take a bag of these on every adventure I go on. They work great on hiking and camping trips. They are a tad pricey but you get what you pay for.amanda.v
I am shocked by all these 5 star reviews. I grabbed these impulsively hoping for a easy healthy snack. Broke them open and gave them a try, found them rather terrible. Proceeded to have my entire family (spouse + 3 kids) try them too with no hint given and we all agreed- awful. Taste like canned spaghettio’s. Another said tastes like baby food. Just metallic and sour, but not in a good way.bswig
We bought one bag to try and these are now a regular purchase. The flavor is very good and a nice break from salty snacks, and a lot healthier. I was delightfully surprised. A few chips mid-day can satisfy that need for a quick snack as well as being a "neat snack" for the grands.MargotLinda

Reviews:
Before the launch of this product I predicted all the upgrades should equal out to about 100 dollars more from the 9th generation IPAD. I missed by 50 and I thought it was overpriced so I wasn’t going to purchase it for that amount. It is on sale now for 50 less so I purchased it. I am not a pencil person, PRO person or interested in trying to turn an IPad into a laptop replacement. It can’t and never will be able to. Apple can trick it out all they want. The software won’t allow it. I mainly do email, text, browse the Internet, pay my bills, do some shopping, and for movies and sports consumption. All that talk about not laminated or no anti reflective coating for me is hogwash. I got what I wanted: USB(and the fact that it’s usb 2.0 doesn’t bother me). All I do is transfer small movies and document files anyway. Upgraded screen to Liquid Retina is great for me. Don’t need P3 color. Stereo speakers in landscape mode is nice. Also putting the camera in landscape was nice. 5G is good and I really like the touch ID button being moved and the boarders being slimed down, makes it look more modern. Last of all my daughter gave me a 100 gift card that i put towards it so out of pocket for me was only 300!!!! Now you see why I am so happy with my new IPAD.BlurayAddict
It's a very nice iPad on its own, but the fact that I need to buy an adapter to pair my apple pencil is really annoying. The only reason I bought this iPad instead of an iPad air is so that I wouldn't have to buy a new apple pencil, but I kind of wish I would've just caved and bought an iPad air and a new apple pencil. Adapters aren't expensive, but it's still extremely inconvenient to have to order an adapter just to use it once to pair my pencil. Since the 1st gen apple pencil is the only one that works with this iPad, it should just come with an adapter. Really upset and disappointed about this.Lily
I bought my first generation iPad at BestBuy at have enjoyed using every one I’ve had. My last iPad was a seventh gen and have used it daily. After 3 years it was time to update again. It was a hard decision on which to buy the iPad 10 or the Air 5, but my wife pointed out that I had to stay in my budget so the 10 won. It’s great. I still have my MacBook Pro so I really don’t need the power of the M1 chip. It is quick, bigger and bright. The only short coming is that t only has 64 gigs of storage. All in Al it is a great buy.RonG

Reviews:
i've had this iphone 11 since december 2019. i've honestly never had an iphone last this long, especially since i'm generally on my phone for unhealthy amounts of time 😅. my iphone's maximum battery capacity is at 73% right now, which looks pretty good to me since all my old phones dropped to 50% in just two years. and although it overheats and dies quicker than it used to, this is all expected considering my excessive phone usage. however, my iphone 11 has ALWAYS had the occasional glitch out. the screen suddenly freezes, im unable to press anything, and when i try to shut it off it sets off what i think is the SOS alarm? it just starts blaring this loud alarm thing. anyways, this has happened many times, but not often. i always end up finding some way to successfully reset the phone, and everything's back to normal. but MOST IMPORTANTLY, i have dropped this phone a million times. i dropped it down a two-story staircase one time without a phone case, and surprisingly not a crack on it. i really reccomend this phone if you're someone who tends to be online for long amounts of time and is looking for a device that will last 🙂justice.a
Well, I’ll start with the negatives I have with this phone: 4G. I think 4G in late 2022 isn’t going to cut it for most modern consumers. To be honest, it’s actually quite fast! Your apps and pages load up quickly however, there are too many times where your 4G just stops working altogether then, switches to the awful 3G. It might be best to buy a phone with 5G nowadays. However, with that minor gripe aside I can say that the iPhone 11 brand new is great! Fantastic camera(s), decent screen, battery life is impressive (for example if I’m spending around 7/8 hours a day on it, I’d be left with approximately 40-30% battery), and it still supports the newest iOS updates. As for the outer appearance, the rounded edges could seem a bit outdated to most since the newer models have the squared edges, but it still looks very premium and feels great in-hand! The back glass is very fingerprint friendly though, so I would recommend a case. Overall, this is a good cheaper option if you’re not willing to spend 600+ on an iPhone 12 brand new, or thousands on the latest model.jamalianmate
After using this phone every day for nearly a year and a half I’ve come to form my own take on this device. At first glance the Iphone 11 is a large yet slim looking device, much larger than my previous phone the Iphone 8. At first, I thought this would allow the phone to be more vulnerable to getting damaged when dropped although even when in a basic case with no screen protector the phone as survived every drop. For its larger size the phone is light weight and able to fit comfortably in my clothes pockets. A positive to this phone is that it is larger, I am a little bit on the taller side so the phone is able to fit comfortably in my hands, it’s nice to watch videos on and I had no problem adjusting quickly from the smaller size of the Iphone 8 to the size of the Iphone 11. This might be a con for shorter people, women and children might not be able to fit it as easily into their hands or clothing’s pockets. The battery life is outstanding with the Iphone 11 being fitted with the newer batteries, I’m able to go about 8/9 hours with heavy usage and about 15 hours on a regular day of being active with work or school with light to moderate usage. Maybe you forgot to plug your phone in the night before (I know we have all been there) or you’re just caught at a bad time and need a little extra charge, 20-30 minutes of charging is worth a few more hours of screen time if you need it. Another addition is the new ultrawide lens camera which allows you to capture more of the environment, creating more opportunities to capture even more of a crisp clear image with the amazing camera. Videos are also of amazing making it very easy for me to film better quality (4k 60fps) videos while doing various physically intense activities like long boarding or running making it very easy for anyone to get into videography or photography. The speakers are another thing to note having the ability to play a loud music in a quite room making it enjoyable listen to outside or to blast music while in the shower. As for the IOS it is as good as its ever been still loading applications at super-fast speeds making everything you do on the phone like Face ID, watching Netflix or using a heavy app as smooth as butter. Overall, I have no complaints for this phone, it crosses everything off my list of things I want and need in a phone and goes above and beyond. This phone will easily last me years to come and I’m excited as well as satisfied.justin.p

Reviews:
All the expectation surrounding the quality of these headphones was pleasantly met. If you are looking for clear and balanced sound, these fit the bill. They feel solid in your hands (and heavy on the head) but comfortable to wear (at least for me) for a few hours. Noise cancellation is better than my Sony XM4. Digital crown dial and secondary button does the trick to play, pause, and toggle ANC (Sony did spoil me with the tapping of headset to play/pause but it's fine) Spatial audio is mind blowing and the convenience to easily connect to any Apple device – including the Apple TV is how you're rewarded for being a part of their ecosystem. Sony's way to pair only two devices simultaneously comes at a cost of lower bitrate of music. And if paired with an iPhone, when people call me, they tell me I sound great with little background noise. It is a bit of a head scratcher that they don't support the higher quality bitrate of music that Apple Music has in their library. Also, charging by lightning cable instead of USB-C is also a selfish decision on their part but the battery life is great. If you have a really large head, make a hard pass onto something else. If you want skull crushing bass response, go elsewhere. The bra/purse/case to allow it to go into very low power mode is not very attractive in my opinion. Thankfully there are 3rd party cases that now do the same thing and it protects it better when thrown in the backpack for travel. I got these headphone at a great price due to price matching (Amazon), BB rewards cash back, and a gift certificate I got for my b-day. Took the price way down below $300 (and it came included with 2 years of AppleCare). Considering next gen APM should be announced this year, the price of this model should go down and make it even more suitable for purchase. I've used the APM for about a month.SpinalTap
Lets start from what everyone wants to know first. Pros: 1. Holy mother goose, the sound quality is like nothing i have ever heard, it’s Fantastic, Surround sound with everything it connects to 2. The build quality is far superior to every headset i have ever used. I have had BOSE, JaBra, Sony, and this headset blows them away. IT is all metal save the ear cups and head band thingy. The headset is made out of a single carved out air craft aluminum . 3. COMFORTABLE , i wore these for 7 hours straight and never had any issues of being too tight, and despite what other reviewers have said, they dont feel heavy on my head at all. Nor does it heat up around your ears. 3. Battery life. I have not charged them yet and after 20 hours I still dont have to charge them, they are at 30% 4. The controls are perfect. Rather than mess with the touch type , the volume is a small well placed knob on the right that adjust the sound volume and pause and other functions i still haven’t explored. 5. Noise Cancellation, OMG, you wouldn’t believe the sound quality of noise cancellation, I went to the flight line at the army base near me, (yes I’m a vet) and was by one of the blackhawks talking to my friend. They started up the Blackhawk, and i called someone and they couldn’t hear it at all. You can hear you own voice like normal rather than the muffled sound you usually get with Bluetooth and noice cancelation, A ++++++ 6. Connection. Everyone of my apple devices automatically paired with out me even prompting. It was completely seamless. I can with between my Macbook, IPhone, and iPad with no problems. In fact, I can connect to any device and go a lot further than that standard 30 ft. I have a quarter acre and i can go anywhere around my house and not lose the signal CONS: Oh boy here we go 1. The case is stupid, when i say stupid it looks like your carrying a purse around, IT DOES NOT protect the headset. There are cases on amazon made for the IPod Max, that will put it to sleep when you put them in. There is no way to turn them off at all. When you leave them out they go into low power mode after 15 minutes. Or you can put them in the case it came with and they go to sleep. 2; No brick, for $550 you would think they would include a charging brick but all they give you is a Lighting cable that does NOT have a standard usb connection on one end. The cons are few and mostly just trivial things and certainly not a deal breaker. These headphones are so amazing its worth every penny and would last you.a lifetime. I see reviews complaining about the weight. Really? These things are NOT that heavy, In fact every expensive head phones ive used make your ears sweat, they flake, and always feels tight. YOu dont even notice these headphones after awhile. I realize they are expensive but you get what you pay for. And in this case you are getting probably the best headphones you could ever imagine that will not fall apart, feel uncomfortable and give you an amazing sound quality in all areas. No , I’m not paid for this, no, i am not biased about Apple these simply blow away all the other super expensive headphonesngoc.b
I got these to replace Sony MDR-1000X's (the first generation of the WH-1000XM line), these have a much nicer build quality and appearance than the black Sony's however I think the Noise Cancelling is pretty much the same which is disappointing as the Sony's are now 5 years old. The positives however are that the connection is much easier to manage, the Sony's used to be a pain to get to sync to multiple devices, the AirPods Max are much better in that regard. I'm sure that's mostly the H1 chip and using Apple devices but it's so much more pleasant not to fight Bluetooth to get them to connect. The AirPods Max are clearly designed to emulate the experience of AirPods, they don't have a powerbutton and are meant to be put back in the case after use, and then when removed from case are already connected to your device. They work well in that sense. Where it doesn't make sense though is that the 'smart' case you get is odd, it's not protective but it's also not small enough to pocket, so you end up buying a third party hard case for travelling and then for taking the headphones to work etc you don't take the smart case. The only positive is that the headphones left outside the case still go into their lower power states, but it's just slower to do so than it is in the case. Still, this is a very strange solution for a problem that would have been solved by just having a physical off button, as it is they drain a small amount of battery even if in the case. It feels like Apple being stubborn about maintaining the characteristics of 'AirPods' despite the over ear headphone category having different expectations. I have had issues with them being left a couple of days in the case and getting 'stuck' off and needing to be plugged in to 'revive' them, bizarre, and again, would have been solved with a physical power button. Overall however I like the sound quality and the fit and finish but think they only make sense for users who are 100% inside Apple's ecosystem.

Reviews:
This was an upgrade from my old iPad so I am familiar with the interface and Apps. It arrived in high quality, sleek packaging which was minimal. Set up was straight forward and the iPad led the way with clear instructions. Everything that was on my old iPad (in Cloud) was simply transferred to the new one. This is why I use Apple products (and keep them till almost obsolete) because I need clear, obvious, user friendly design. The device in black is very slim, light and high quality feel. It's simple and elegant in design. When using it is quick to respond and the fingerprint security (plus password) is very good. The screen is clear and doesn't strain my eyes easily. I'm not a tech savvy whizz and I don't play games so I can only comment on basic, everyday, use and based on that I am very happy with it. For an easy to use, quality, light and very responsive tablet that is easy on the eyes I have no hesitation in recommending this iPadrose.m
this IPAD came with a non-factory charging cord that will not charge the device. It comes in an original box but that's about all. The glass cracked almost immediately after opening it. There is something faulty in the operating system that doesn't allow it to play continuously. I have to pick it up, select the song that is up on the screen but not playing, hit pause, then hit play and it will continue. There is no other way to get it to continuously play music from YouTube. Frustrating! almost impossible to get a live person to talk to to get it replaced on warranty or have my money refunded.jay
I will say that this iPad is a great upgrade if you are coming from an older model. I know that most media reviews have been knocking this model. Their big question is: "Who is this iPad for?" Well, its for "me"! I don't use an Apple Pencil and I upgraded from the 6th generation iPad. Even though the screen is not laminated, it's still great, and having them upgrade the size to 10.9 is a nice addition. The A14 Bionic chip is no slouch either. Plenty of speed for most applications and tasks. If you're on the fence about getting this, it just might be the one to get. I highly recommend getting the Logitech Combo Touch keyboard case for it instead of the Apple one.Secreature

I used a random brand portable charger , that had a c plug charger and I used it for 2 electronic devices and it fried them! 1 was a wireless gaming headset that died and I plugged it into my portable charger and it quit working! Next was a Samsung phone, didn’t know it was the portable charger till I plugged it in and didn’t want to turn back on! After 2, no way im using any generic charger!! So. It’s authentic Apple plugs for my New 14 Pro Max!!! No more portable charges and always “high brand” products… well , Apple with Apple…. LolJay
This is the adapter you may need to charge the new iphones which come with the USB-C power cord for charging the phone via a computer with a USB-C port. It is a must have if you have a computer that only has USB ports or if you don't want to carry your computer everywhere you go. In my opinion, it is much easier, takes less space, and is less cumbersome to carry a charging cord that plugs into an outlet than to carry a device with a USB-C port. Of course, this does depend on where you are going, but, at a minimum, it provides an option for charging your phone. Unfortunately, the new iphones do not come with an adapter, and they do not make it very clear that you may want to purchase it along with the phone. This is the 20W adapter, which is what my new phone requires, but it would be wise to research the requirements of your own phone in order to make sure that this is the correct adapter for it, since I do not know the requirements of all of the newer iphones.Peaceseeker
Worked great and then suddenly didn't work one day. 2 months old. It had been sitting in a power strip for a month straight at least. Apple sent a new one for free and it arrived within a few days. Only guess as to why it died was the end of the cable which was plugged into the adapter was on the couch. And I vacuumed my office that day including the couch. And perhaps that caused some static electricity or shock to it as it was still plugged into the power strip. That was the only out of place external factor that occurred this same day. Or maybe it I won the lemon lottery on this product. Kudos to Apple for the quick replacement. A bit of hassle on the phone with someone from India to replace. It was over the holidays though.Bobbobson

I expected Apple to read my mind with this initial post-Steve Jobs release. It didn't. It fell short, so only 3 stars. Bear in mind this is for pro use. For hobbyists it's fine! Using this with Procreate with the 64GB iPad. What's good? Easy to charge – just plug it in the charger port of your iPad. The stylus is awesome for illustrating, and I enjoy the "glide" of the pen with the iPad glass. (I use this professionally for illustration, and have owned a stylus for my desktop/laptop for years.) I'm buying some other non-apple versions from Amazon to compare. Love it, but here's where I think Apple needs improvement: Easy-to-lose parts! I have no idea where mine rolled to – adapters and another tip that came with the pen were gone within a week. iPad storage cases are not specific to this pen, and while they have compartments, things roll around or fall out easily when opened. No right click (I'm spoiled with my Wacom pen), no programmable features. Clunky for getting color swatches. A lot of having to use my hand for stuff – I know.. so much effort to use my hand.. but a stylus with more features helps to make things go faster when you're hustling to get stuff done. Also, terrible handwriting – the iPad will only recognize neat printing, making it faster to type.KathleneQ
I wasnt about to spend $129 on a 2nd gen Apple Pencil when I already spent $99 on the 1st gen one. Caution – the new iPad 6th gen mini ONLY works with the 2nd gen Pencil. So I figured Id try this. Its great – snaps right on to charge, has color indicators for battery life (none of the Apple Pencils do), and even better, takes screenshots by double clicking the top part. Really cool especially since the screenshot controls are close together on the mini 6 and kind of hard to maneuver. What it doesnt do, is the double shake/tap thing that the 2nd gen ApplePencil does to bring up the eraser, but, meh. The screenshot click thing is way more useful for me. Extremely good value for the money. I highly recommend. Full disclosure: I dont sketch or draw, so I cant speak for the more advanced Pencil functions versus this stylus. But it makes me happy and so far so very goodnswhitt1
Bought it to take notes with OneNote on my iPad for my grad classes. I prefer “writing” my notes so this has been a big help for me. My pencil has good response time, charges “fast” (takes maybe 30 minutes) and, though it’s a little longer and a wee bit heavier than the real pencils I’m used to, this piece of tech still fits in my hand/writes as smoothly as the actual thing. I haven’t tried really drawing with it or trying to change the thickness of the lines, so I can’t say anything about that, but I do know if you enable extra features, you can use drawn shortcut symbols to edit as you hand write which is pretty cool. I ordered a silicon pencil sleeve with a cap for the tip and a “keeper” for the charging topper from Amazon. The silicon also helps with grip, I’ve never used my pencil without the sleeve so I don’t know how slippery it is by itself, but the surface is completely smooth and rounded. The topper for the charging connector is magnetic and sturdy (if you flick the pencil the topper won’t go flying) but it’s totally disconnected from the pencil itself and can easily be misplaced during pencil charging if you’re not careful. I also ordered replacement tips from Apple just in case. I’ve only needed to replace my tip once (because a moderate drop damaged it) and after dropping my pencil twice from desk height it still works just fine. I do store it in a hard case usually though, which probably helps.KrysS

Reviews:
I have used multiple tablets from both Apple and Samsung and each of my two my children have the previous version of the 12.9 inch iPad Pro. The previous version is amazing. This newest version is amazingly amazing in every way. The cameras are better. The interaction between the 2nd generation Apple pencil and the iPad is appreciably better. The display is beautiful. The speed is greater than imagined. Every function is instantaneous. The sound has both greater volume and higher quality. While still waiting for the separately ordered case to arrive, my cat slid it off a table and it survived a three-foot drop without even the slightest scratch. I know that laptops will always have an edge because they have more physical space for the installation of components. However, unless the user has very particular needs, I believe that this new version of the 12.9 inch iPad Pro, with Apple's much faster proprietary CPU, can finally be judged as a laptop replacement in a much more convenient physical form.JohnS
I got this as a gift for my wife. She is in love with it. At first, she was overwhelmed with the large 12.9” screen, but that didn’t take long to adjust. We paired it with a logic keyboard, which made it even more like having a laptop. Of course an Apple IPad is capable of many amazing things. The only negative comment is the battery doesn’t last as long as expected before recharging.PhilipG

Reviews:
I love the Apple Bluetooth keyboards and have a couple of the Magic Keyboards. I bought another from Target at the incredible 50%-off discount price. However, I was grossly disappointed when I discovered that the multimedia keys do not work. These are the keys on the top row that can bring up Mission Control, Spotlight, control volume, &c. The keyboard is configured correctly in System Preferences. I spent TWO hours with Apple trying to discover the problem–without success. Additionally, the status of the keyboard charge remaining (%-age) does not appear in the spot in Keyboard Preferences where it should be. I can't even tell Target about the issue online because the spot where you leave feedback (Let's Fix It) is not allowing input. I can only return it in store but I have a mobility issue which precludes that (this is my problem, not the reader's nor Target's). So the question is, "Is a keyboard with an incredible price worth it if it doesn't function as it should?" The short answer: No.
Update: Am I ever wrong? Ask Wife#1 and we all will agree. OWC has shown INTEGRITY, HONESTY and has maintained its stellar reputation. with their INTEGRITY. Supply chains had me waiting a whole two days extra. Heavens! Currently typing on the Apple Magic with all functioning keys and no problems on the horizon. Thanks, OWC for reaffirming what most businesses used to practice. OWC still practices what businesses used to be: The customer is always right. Now it's "No problem" rather than "It's a pleasure to serve you". Still 5 stars and the public is grateful. The Function keys do not function. I've asked for an RMA with negative results, probably because I waited a while until I used this keyboard. Never the less they simply do not make sounds louder, screen brighter, etc and serve no purpose at all. I am surprised with OWC as their integrity has been compromised. I've purchased devices previously and always been satisfied, however this time…I am out $70. Bad!! The product is fine, this particular device is not.lencarl
Have to admit I was taken aback when I picked this up curbside and got it home and opened it up. There isn't much to this accessory size-wise. It's small in nature and lacks a "number pad" so I was a little concerned about using my adult on hands on what appeared to be a "mini" keyboard. After getting over my initial "size matters" concerns, I found out that I could move around on this keyboard without any major disruptions; other than the number thing. So used to having it on my keyboards over the years that I'll just have to let it go over time with memory loss! Unless someday I want to spring for the Magic Keyboard with the Numeric Keyboard. I should have spent the extra $'s to begin with but was feeling guilty enough buying a 16" Macbook Pro for myself right at Christmas time! Once I turned this on, it connected automatically to my Macbook Pro. It stays charged quite a while. I typically leave it on all week as I'm working from home now; and usually try to remember to check the charge level once every week or two. The keyboard is fairly quiet and I'm heavy handed. It's small, thin and takes up minimal space on my work surface. All is all a "best buy" for my home office set up.AlanE

Of all the cords I have bought, this is the cordest cord. Plug one end into a powered outlet, whether that be an AC outlet or USB, and the other end into the device to be powered and/or charged, and suddenly you are witnessing the fever dream of Edison and Tesla. You make grunt sounds at the "smart" device now glowing in your hands, hands scarred from the fire you learned to control the day before, and sore from chiseling the wheel you used to transport yourself to the Best Buy. This is technology at its finest, or witchcraft at its worst. Either way, highly recommend.Jeremy
Make sure you get the officially licensed Apple cable(s). I've purchased really well packaged counterfeits in the past, the work as poorly as expected. Apple charging cables have itty-bitty chips in the tip of the Lightning port that communicates with the device being charged. Some other brands have them licensed, Apple obviously manufactures them for their own products' compatibility. Rectangular USB type-A connector heads on these. NOT type-C. Those are oval. These snap in really nice from the moment you get them until it's time to replace. Sometimes the cable closest to the Lightning port head will bend so much that the insulation starts "pouching". Try to keep your cables straight so this doesn't happen. And don't leave them in the glove box! That's too much heat. The insulation will start to fade in a couple of weeks, and then the insulation breaks down after that. I'd rate these 5 stars, except for they are still too expensive. The six footers also cost as much as the 3 footers. Something to keep in mind if you're getting spares.Morganical
If you are in the market for an Apple Lightning USB Cable you should consider this particular one. I can't say it a great purchase based on it's normal selling price but it is when offered at a discount to Apple's retail price. SIZE: When looking for one you should consider your application. What size does it call for? In my situation I'm using this primarily by my bedside charging station or in my basement computer station. With the number of Apple products we have (iPhone, iPad, Keyboard and Mouse) we need cables all the time. Because it is 3.3 ft long only it's best used when charging and not using your device. I would suggest you getting a 5-6ft length if you plan on using your device while it's charging by your bed, sofa or desk. This will give you some slack comfortably when using your device. COLOR & CONSTRUCTION: Well this is an Apple Lightning USB Cable and is White in color. Some of your might not take color into consideration, but for me it does make a difference. If you prefer something more to your taste then you're out of luck because Apple only makes it in White. You'll have to consider a Third Party Cable. Next would be construction. Construction is very important because for me it has to last and be sturdy. This cable at this time of production has lost some of it's durability of material and construction compared to Apple's original cable. If you use it carefully it will last quite a long time, bu if you are careless or not careful like my kids the lightning end of the cable will begin to deteriorate as many have complained about Apple cables. COMPATIBILITY: Since you're purchasing an Apple OEM cable you should not have any issues. I bring this up because one thing you will notice is that people have reported online that Third Party Cables stop functioning. It is a well known issue with them and I've experienced this many a time even when those Third Party Cables were new and recently purchased. What you will experience is an Error about not being able to use the cable when plugged in. Recently you plug them in and then it say you need to unlock your device to use the cable or charge. Then it attempts to connect and then stops working. These cables all have a chip inside them which your devices reads to make sure they are authorized Third Party Cables. If not it stops working. I've notice that after an Apple update some cables were working just before the update now stopped working. Also the cables you purchased might be using a copycat chip set which Apple notices and are not authorized. When they do the updates indicate this and your cable just stops working. UGH is all I can say. That's why I always use an Apple OEM cable. One very important issue that you will encounter is that your device has lost all power. In this case often you need an Apple OEM cable with an Apple OEM charger to charge your device back up. This has always been an issue since the iPods were first introduced. Those are the PROS that I found for this product. The only CON I have is that it's not as robust of material and construction as I'd like but Apple has to make money and if you don't buy their stuff they aren't going to make their money. Conclusion: If you need Lightning USB Cable always purchase and have at least one or two Apple OEM Lightning USB Cables on hand.SonnyHung

If you still prefer to use wired ear pods with your iPhone, these are the ones to go with. The work seamlessly with your iPhone, and you'll never have an issue. They're solidly built and generally last a long time. I usually lose mine before the break. They're good for a backup pair of ear pods in case your AirPods die in the middle of a conversation or meeting. Here's an easy hack: buy some replacement foam pads for ear buds, and put them on your EarPods. It's tricky, but once they're on, the ear pods will fit more snugly in your ear, and the bass response will be enhanced since there will be less leakage due to a poor fit.David
I hate these headphones. I had to buy a new iPhone and it doesn’t have a headphone jack so I had to get these with the lightening connector. First idk who’s ear is shaped that way but it’s def not mine. They cause literal pain after wearing them for any amount of time. Which sucks because I tend to listen to music while doing pretty much everything. They are hard plastic. I’m use to the soft ones so these are uncomfortable. The wires and stuff seem super cheaply made. I’m constantly worried I’m going to break them. Lastly, considering all the cons I just listed they were ridiculously overpriced. Do not recommend.shawnna.s
I'll start this review by saying I don't buy or promote Apple products exclusively. My phone is happily an Android and I don't own an Apple Watch or use Macs personally or professionally. I own an iPad and a couple old iPods, but that's it. That being said, I absolutely love these earphones. They are the best wired earphones I've ever owned. Apple absolutely nailed the design on these as I've tried several other earphones and none of them compare to the comfort of these. They just seem to fit in my ears better than everything else I've tried. I use mine currently while working from home and connecting them to my work computer. When on the go, I prefer the wireless Airpods, despite the minimal battery life I experience with them, but when I'm grounded and working, these are my go-to earphones. Even bought a couple sets for my children when they were remote learning during the pandemic. I hope Apple never stops making these because I don't know what I'd use if I didn't have these.cdurb92129

Reviews:
It looks good, but it has three fatal flaws: 1. For some reason, this wallet doesn’t stay attached to the phone very strongly- with or without the case on. 2. It doesn’t interface with my phone when the case is on it, so it doesn’t connect to the “find my___” feature like it’s supposed to. 3. There’s no recommended card amount regarding how many can fit in the wallet. I found out the hard way that it can only hold 3. Great if you just want to throw your ID & a couple cards in for a quick trip to the gym, but you’re not going to be able to use this as a wallet replacement. I’m returning this ASAP to find a wallet that will stay attached better, that I can trust with my ID and credit cards.asdg
I bought the Golden Brown Magsafe Wallet for my Midnight iPhone 13 Mini with the Apple Sequoia Green Leather Case. I love the contrast that's why I went with this color combo. Glad I didn't go with the Midnight Wallet. The wallet only holds a maximum of 3 cards which is great for a minimalistic carry. The magnet is pretty strong to my leather case and the "Find My" feature is great!AFGuam

Barely 3 weeks old and already one AirPod is has stopped working by not playing music from it, occasionally both would cut out. One AirPods also has a crackling sound out of it and then when it does disconnect it's not the music that's paused or the Bluetooth, the airpod/s themselves just don't play music and then randomly play music after a silence. When there is a silence the sound similar to that of running water can be heard in one ear. Apple make huge profits for poorly 'made in China' products. Do not be fooled by Apple. Made in China – assembled/designed in California. They are not a specialist in audio. If you are looking for reliable technology that is of a high standard both in parts and in this case acoustics, then do not purchase these. They are a gimmick and you can 'be happy' with the first gen. Unfortunately the previous gen I also owned and the same issue happened to them whereby the crackling noise occurred only that they were 2yrs old and cheaper than these, these were barely 3 weeks old!John Lewis Customer
disclaimer: I use airpods throughout much of the day, usually during my shift at work and also to fall asleep at night. I used these for about a week before writing this review. beginning with the lightning case, it’s low quality. the lid doesn’t feel very sturdy and it shuts loudly (in comparison to the first gen airpods case). the airpods themselves look nice and the audio quality is definitely an upgrade. BUT, their shape and function are a downgrade. due to how bulky they are now, i find myself repositioning them about every 10 minutes. specifically, in my right ear. conversing with people, eating, and smiling are enough to pop these babies out of your ears. pausing and skipping is overly complicated. what used to be a soft double tap with a single finger is now a squeeze with two fingers to simply pause or skip. i was really hoping these would be a good replacement for my first gens, which have now began to die within two hours of taking them out of the case. looks like i’ll be returning these and purchasing a new pair of first gens.AWookieeWarrior
Purchased at JL Oxford St on Friday, the day of release. I had been thinking of buying Airpod Pro (1st Gen) previously, but was drawn by the 2x ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) on these (2nd Gen). I am glad I waited for these to come out. I am Autistic, which means I experience Sensory Overload, so ANC truly helps. I find the ANC on Airpod Pro (2nd Gen), highly effective – instantly blocks out all daily noise. For comparison, this ANC feels more complete and superior, than the ANC on my (still great) old clunky Bose QC35 II headphones. For Running though, I use Powerbeats Pro, as ear hooks feel more secure for me, than wearing Bose headphones or Airpods. I like how on these Airpod Pro (2nd Gen), they have touch/stem controls. There is a reassuring, subtle Click sound upon gently pressing a stem, so you know it recognised each press. Easy to toggle between full ANC and Transparency/ambient sound modes. Akin to buttons on Powerbeats Pro, in that the stems can control Volume – slide finger up/down stem; Music playback – press stem 1x to Play/Stop; 2x to Skip Forward; 3x to Skip Back a track. I do not have Airpod Pro (1st Gen), so am unsure how they may compare in use. However, I could not be happier with these (2nd Gen). Overall, I find them intuitive to use with my iPhone; lightweight and comfortable to wear – I even wear them whilst sleeping now; compact and portable (no more carrying around clunky Bose headphones); with fast wireless charging and great battery life. Bit steep in price for me, but well worth it – for effective, portable ANC.ellie_londoner_bristolian

Reviews:
O.K! Let me begin by stating that the Apple Gift Card has the best options all around, The unlimited uses are amazing! Once you set up your itunes account, you can add this card to your balance when purchasing music from the itunes store. That's not all. In addition, when making purchases online at the Apple Store the balance on your gift card can be used to make purchases such as a Apple watch band. Not to mention the Apple gift card makes a great gift. You can't go wrong when choosing this card for any occasion.Techi
My daughter is of that age where gift cards work the best for her as gifts and she is all about the Apple eco-sphere so picking up a few of these makes gift giving easy. She will specifically ask for Apple gift cards to fund her media consumption and games. It also allows you to keep your account separate and control the level of spending. They aren't as nice looking or collectable as they used to be years ago when Apple was special and unique but they still get the job done.Electrosoft
