I find Edgar Cayce a great person to have in my libary and use him often as a reference to other books he is a good source of knowledge from a source a lot of others dont have and a good comparative source a interesting read for those who are willing to look a little deeper build your libary with a few of his books and you cant go wrong.
I happen to be one of the people who regard Mr. Cayce as an authentic psychic. He went way, way out of his way to avoid profiting materially from his talents in this area, bypassing many opportunities to "cash in" and even enduring considerable hardship to tow this line. What he and his mentors have to say, in my opinion, should be regarded as genuine beneficial advice for all who would heed their words. This book offers information I used to thing was just a sort of hogwash, and also it sets the record straight on what the benefits of these sorts of things are. I have not yet experienced much of what the book describes, but from my own experiences I find certain topics to be right on the money.I would recommend this book to anyone whop feels they have had a certain intuitive relationship with stones, colors, etc, because this book will give you insights into why you have the feelings you have and those insights, for the most part, ring true for me, as well. It is a quick read and a good reference text to have on hand. Information such as what this book offers serves to put in better focus just how much we have yet to learn about our world despite our progress in the sciences. Judy Hall is one of the highest regarded authors on the subject of crystals and stones. After having read another book of hers The Crystal Bible I had exceptionally high expectations for Crystal Healing. My expectations were met and then some! The information in this book is perfect for those just beginning to use crystals; those who are experienced in using crystals are also sure to find some new nugget of wisdom as well. Crystal Healing focuses on twelve stones which the author refers to as your 'crystal toolkit.' The book is full of beautiful full-color photographs of these stones explaining what healing influences each stone is best used for including what organs glands systems functions and chakras the stone will affect. Not only does this book give practical information on the individual stones but it goes onto explain and show in diagrams how the stones work best together in crystal grids. There are a variety of grids shown in the book including a full body grid for a general healing and smaller grids for more specific ailments. The grids show where the stones should be placed on or around the body and which stones should be used in each location. This information is easily digestible and one can begin to use crystals right away for healing purposes. The book can be read straight through as well as used as a reference book. The only other thing needed to begin using crystals for healing are the crystals themselves. The crystals in this book can be easily found in stores or online.
