There are definitely some good recipes in here that I can’t wait to try but there’s also quite a few in here that I don’t think I would ever cook. I love all the pictures in it and learning the history/meaning behind some of the dishes. I love Ted Allen from Chopped so I was excited to see that the forward was written by him. I was a little thrown off by the story about Matt Lauer (from the Today Show) that was supposed to provide some humor.
