If you have any kind of engineering, science or tech backround, this book is a must read. It delves into the beginning of the greatest explosion of inventions since the beginning of time. A lot of backround and personalities but it all fits into the big picture. You may come away with the same feeling I did and that is ,we will probably never see another Bell Lab and or wonder what if Judge Greene ruled in favor of AT&T.1944franko
