I read this book in just one day. It's such a page turner even when I thought of putting it down I just couldn't. Definitely one of my favorite books!GRACIE
This is the second novel in the Truly Devious Trilogy. Stevie's time at Ellingham Academy has come to a sudden end when her parents take her out of the Academy because of the murders that occurred during her first semester there. Stevie, however, is desperate to get back to the Academy to finally solve the Truly Devious murders that plagued the Academy from the moment it was opened to the public. After agreeing with a problematic and controversial politician, who also happens to be David's father, Stevie does make it back to the Academy after he pulls a few strings. But can Stevie finally solve the murders? There were parts of the novel that felt like filler chapters and Stevie's relationship with David does feel a bit one-sided. However, Stevie is just as entertaining and smart as she was in the first novel. She gets things done and her motivation drives the story forward. She's truly a detective worthy of our praises.Faith
Absolutely incredible and is surprisingly just as good, if not better, than the first bookMADISON
