Reviews:
This Easy Tarot kit comes with The Gilded Tarot deck, which, if your main purpose is to buy this particular deck, is the least expensive option compared to buying the regular Gilded Tarot kit. I do have them both, because they each have different books. This is the 3rd time I've bought this deck, because I've used them so much within the past 3 years that I've worn the first 2 decks out. They are beautiful cards printed on good card stock that is perfect for shuffling. They also read easily. Personally, I connect to them so well, that this is one of my favorite decks. The book this kit comes with is a regular book, just like the book that comes in its own kit. It is not just a little white book. Although the accompanying book in the regular Gilded Tarot kit is very good, I actually prefer the one that comes in this kit when looking up meanings.SweetB
These cards are so easy to shuffle and get comfortable with. Great for beginners though I wouldn't rely on the guide book as the meanings aren't detailed or only give a vague direction without any further possibilities. It's written more so like it's a light hearted card game so depends what you're after if you take it seriously. Still I'd recommend this set to get the hang of tarot!E
Picked this up on a whim as a stocking stuffer for my eldest child. It was a hit! #1 son enjoyed reading about the cards and offering readings to the family. Cards are colorful and detailed and the instruction booklet is easy to read. He has really enjoyed reading about the history of the tarot and had a lot of fun with the cards.Books-A-Million

Reviews:
Love this book! It clearly introduced the astrological and tree of life associations to my readings. Great as a quick reference guide and also enjoyable and interesting to flip through from start to end. A very user friendly guide, descriptions very clear and not fixed and the general vibe of the book has a nice positive tone. I initially borrowed this title book from the library and quickly found it was a must have.Jj
I played with Tarot when i was a teen. Books were hard to locate and usually small. When I purchased this I didn't realize how large the books was. It's pretty hardy. After a short history on the subject it jumps right in. It bases the photos and the cards off the Waithe-Rider-Smith deck but is usable with any standard 78 card Tarot deck. Super user friendly, It breaks down every thing about a card. It's elemental suit, astrological associations, chakra/color relations. Everything. It is the largest source of Tarot information I have ever seen in one spot. I also gifted one to a friend with a deck. Tarot is half knowledge and half intuition, this will definitely give you the knowledge part.Lori
This book has all the information you need to help understand the complexities and utilising tarot to it's full potential. It helps simplify things. From useful spreads to individual cards, elements and more. I like to incorporate astrology into my use of tarot and with this book and a few other great resources combined, it's been extremely helpful not just to me but to others as well, to make better sense of and flourish within readings. Really handy guide.CrystalSpiderWeb

Reviews:
Many people adore this book and I can see why; there's a LOT of information about esoterica and history of the tarot. But for me, it lacked a bit of joy, felt too academic. The author herself says she identifies with The Queen of Swords and I'm much more Queen of Pentacles or Queen of Cups. I prefer Rachel Pollack's excellent Tarot Wisdom.Lucy
This book is a very big, detailed and well explained boi. Literally everything you would need to study the tarot in the one book. Would recommend anyone interested in the tarot to invest in this book.Amy
This book is super detailed! It has good explanations on tarot cards and the history behind them, very informative and well written. I would totally recommend this to anyone starting starting tarot.xw
5. The Way Of Tarot: The Spiritual Teacher In The Cards [Book]
Product Details:
Filmmaker alejandro jodorowsky’s insights into the tarot as a spiritual path – works with the original marseille tarot to reveal the roots of western wisdom – provides the key to the symbolic language of the tarot’s “nomadic cathedral” – transforms a simple divination tool into a vehicle for self-realization and healing alejandro jodorowsky’s profound study of the tarot, which began in the early 1950s, reveals it to be far more than a simple divination device. the tarot is first and foremost a powerful instrument of self-knowledge and a representation of the structure of the soul. the way of tarot shows that the entire deck is structured like a temple, or a mandala, which is both an image of the world and a representation of the divine. the authors use the sacred art of the original marseille tarot–created during a time of religious tolerance in the 11th century–to reconnect with the roots of the tarot’s western esoteric wisdom. they explain that the tarot is a “nomadic cathedral” whose parts–the 78 cards or “arcana”–should always be viewed with an awareness of the whole structure. this understanding is essential to fully grasp the tarot’s hermetic symbolism. the authors explore the secret associations behind the hierarchy of the cards and the correspondences between the suits and energies within human beings. each description of the major arcana includes key word summaries, symbolic meanings, traditional interpretations, and a section where the card speaks for itself. jodorowsky and costa then take the art of reading the tarot to a depth never before possible. using their work with tarology, a new psychological approach that uses the symbolism and optical language of the tarot to create a mirror image of the personality, they offer a powerful tool for self-realization, creativity, and healing.

Light Seer Tarot cards is an amazing deck. The cards are full of color and are printed on high quality cardstock. The book that comes with the deck is easy ro ready and helps you interpret your readings. I had an immediate connection to the deck and love doing readings with it.danielle.f
Modern Designs. Ancient Wisdom. Easy to use, less intimidating than most tarot decks, and it’s modern makeover of the Rider Waite deck makes this deck a perfect match for anyone who’s new to tarot or just wants a more modern approach to tarot.amanda .m
I personally really like this deck. The colours on them are just wonderful and I feel they are quite a positive deck to read. The box that holds the cards is made to a good standard and there is an added nice touch of words written to inspire Inside the box that is meant for the reader. My personal favourite is the suit of swords which show scenes that includes black birds. The cards also show multiculturalism throughout the deck with images of people from different cultures which adorn them. Therefore I would imagine it should appeal to most folk. I did hesitate at first whether to purchase this deck as I had read some reviews on line that criticised the quality of the cards, saying they felt flimsy. Well, I personally thought some of these comments were unreasonable as the cards are beautiful, they have obviously taken a long time to produce, please bear this in mind. To me they are greatly undervalued by just how cheap they are to buy. I purchased mine on eBay for vey little money and I feel they are very good value considering how much some decks in comparison cost . I believe they are a deck that is very good value for money. So colourful with happy multi cultural images that adorn each individual card. The box also contains a really helpful booklet and I thought this was small in size but beautifully written. I personally love this deck. It is my personal favourite at the moment. It is a modern deck that I feel would be fairly easy to read by a novice reader.jayndainte-0

Reviews:
I completely love this deck, the artwork & the messages are really playful, fun & easy to understand. The guidebook has full colour pictures of each card along with it's message. The messages also are so accurate. You really can tell that a lot of love has gone into creating this beautiful, amazing deck. The guidebook also can double for the Everyday Witch Tarot mini deck as that mini deck doesn't have a guidebook or messages on the cards. But the images are identical, so it's fantastic for anyone who's starting out to be able to use this guidebook for both the full sized cards & the mini deck as well. These are amazing cards to work with & I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!Monique
I love these cards. At first I thought they might be a little cutesy for my liking but after seeing so many positive reviews I decided to bite the bullet and see for myself. And I wasn't disappointed. They are lovely cards that lend themselves to both beginners and experienced Tarot readers. They are easy to read and have so much imagery in each depiction it gives lots of information to flesh out your interpretations. They give great straight forward readings and seem to have a gentler nature to them. They are fast becoming one of my go to decks.cattarot
These cards are amazing, the artwork actually draws you into them. They are smaller than my Ryder white cards which suits me down to the ground as it makes them easier to shuffle. The book is also very nice, and it all comes in its own box packaging. As said in previous reviews these cards are thinner than my other ones, but I am really pleased with them.bristoldeb

Reviews:
It is a classic deck of tarot cards. This is my first deck of tarot cards so I can't really compare it to other decks. Overall, I am satisfied with it, maybe the colours could be more lively. The colour tone of the cards is yellowish, I would prefer them to be brighter. However, considering the low price, it is a decent deck of tarot cards. In line with the description, it contains a small instruction booklet where each card is described with a few basic characteristics, however, you can't rely to learn about tarot from this booklet, it just for information purposes.yogabelly2013
This is the definitive traditional Tarot card which has been in use for over a century. The size of the card makes it easy to handle and shuffle and feels straight away to be the right set. The art work follows the original design of Pamela Smith which evokes a myriad of visual images and possible interpretations. As my first Tarot set this fills me with confidence to realise my aspiration.mhrob
These cards are perfect for beginners as you can learn what the original cards look like before venturing off onto other styles. Even if you dont connect you can still use them as decoration since they are absolutely stunning and a classic. The book I found hard to read due to the size so I'd reccomend using a website or another book. These were my first cards and they're my daily cards, havent had a dodgy reading yettj.m

I practice eclectic paganism and am no stranger to witchcraft. I am new to tarot but have used rune sets and Oracle decks before and there are similarities in how you use them. Personally, I found the deck really easy to connect with and do a sort of energy connection ritual before I use it so that I'm fully connected with the deck. The art is beautiful and the guidebook is well written with a lot of detail, I really appreciate the description of the art and it's symbolism before the meanings. Easy to shuffle even with smaller hands. Good thickness and quality cardstock. Definitely the best deck I could have gotten but if you don't feel a pull towards witchcraft then I'd suggest picking another deck that you are drawn to as it will be easier to connect with that way.SSM
Nice set of cards with a book that goes quite indepth into the meanings of each. As the title suggests, this is a tarot for witches, or those with a background or working knowledge of witchcraft or wicca. Some intresting info from that point of view and a lot of reference to covens (ok if youre in one, not so much if youre not). The art is pleasing, the decriptions detailed but not overwhelming. My biggest gripe is the quality of the cards – they are very thin and flimsy. This is a failing of a lot of modern decks, some so thin they are like paper. This lack of quality cheapens the deck in my opinion, especially when compared to other decks such as the Rider Waite or Crowley Thoth decks which are very sturdy. I feel very strongly about this quality issue, and have reduced by 2 stars purely for that reason. Will be writing to publisher to see if they ever plan on a thicker cardstock!mrsfriskyraven
This deck is truely beautiful, the guide book would be amazing for someone who is just starting out, a beginner. Very informative but not overwhelming. Cards are detailed and bright. However the cards itself are very thin and I could see these cards getting bent easily. As I am used to my RW decks which are sturdier and feel more of quality. However I do recommend this deck to anyone who is starting out in Tarot world, collectors or anyone who can appreciate a beautiful deck.AnnaLoweeze
