Fred's book takes on classroom management in detail. Now if I could just flip a switch and begin instantly using the new ideas and behaviors I'm learning about, I'd have it made most of the time even if I am just in the class for a day. I think the biggest struggle for me and the most important thing so far is to STOP and BREATHE DEEP before trying to do anything. That clears your head and allows you to actually think about how to handle a particular situation instead of going blank and sorta hoping for the best til you're brain kicks back in or the period ends.
