Having read Ellington Dardens "The New High Intensity Training", I picked up "Massive Muscles in 10 Weeks" for some further insight on High Intensity Training. I wasn't dissapointed. Some of the information was outdated, but that will happen in any activity that progress, such as Body Building. However, for the core ideas are valid. High Intensity training, if performed correctly, will allow you to develop your body in record time by spending less than an hour three times a week in the gym. More than half of the book is smoothie recipes. Very disappointing, and no pictures of the few exercises mentioned. This is a fantastic book for beginners and also hard core body builders. The Illustrations a clear, accurate and easy to understand. Illustrations for each body area (shoulders, backs, arms, etc) are accompanied by reccomendations for appropriate exercizes for specific muscles areas down to even the type of grip to use to target those areas.
