The book is excellent. Kristi truly watches carbs. All the recipes have the nutritional content listed. I have tried quite a few of the recipes and they are all delicious. The only con is that in the index some of the recipes are not listed in all the categories they could be and if you can't remember the exact name you may have trouble finding it. That said, there is an index of pictures of each recipe with the page number. I have looked at quite a few keto books and this is by far the best I have found.
