The book is very easy reading and in plain language. It says it contains information on the Five Day Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD) so I expected it to contain meal plans etc but that s not the case. Hence only four stars not five. But still well worth reading, and contains enough information about the FMD diet that you can work it out for yourself if you have some knowledge about nutrition and a web search will bring up menus that other people have worked out. I did the FMD for five days and lost 5kg, mostly off my belly. I'll be doing it for five days every month from now on!! I felt fantastic after the diet, so highly recommend the book.banksiahollow
