Practical and delicious, it's nice to have both in a pregnancy cookbook. I've made 5 of the recipes so far, and they've all been delicious. The pulled pork is a favorite, and I'll probably be making that for a long time to come. Love that the recipes don't call for hard to find ingredients (I live rurally, so no specialty stores) or require every dish in the kitchen, as it's hard for me to be on my feet for hours.Basicspice

This book lays out the best way to get pregnant, the mother's care during pregnancy, and feeding the young child according to blood type. The book is laid out very easily with synopses of how the blood type has helped many individuals.lizbet19
We were already foloowing the Eat right 4 Your Blood Type Diet and I found this to be great supplemental reading…..There are some things best to stay away from while you are pregnant that are ok to eat while not. Would recommend!modestclothingmama
I really Loved this book. It tells you what to eat and what to stay away from. I wondered about some of the foods that I was eating and their effect on me. This book told me why I shouldn't eat those things and gave me a guideline for what will help me have a healthy baby.lmrb38

I found some of the book to be interesting and informative but there wasn't anything in it that I could not find online. As long as you consult your doctor then this book is not a must have.jennifer.m
A good book to reference specific things you can and should not eat while pregnant. Good pointers that I was not aware of, and some pointers that are just obvious. Really a lot of recipes, which I would have preferred more read to having so many recipes, but non-the-less a good buy that I would recommened.curniecornell
