This product is not a good quality product. I have similar product that have a high quality, and I am using last 6 years with out any issue. But one I bought online shop have very poor quality and high price. I am wondering how much quality inspection the manufacturer did after the post production, or the seller bought a low quality item and try to sell it on the Walmart site. Second issue is this product I bought it for $5 to $7 dollar, but the price is three times more than the good quality product. it is look like a fly- by- night third party seller. We live in a rural town and have a rather large family as I am a foster parent so I have several kids in the home. I LOVE these bottle for several reasons. They are easy to manage and pretty sturdy, I was a bit nervous about the handles maybe coming off if carried by the handle when they are full but this hasn't happened yet. Most of the time when the boys are carrying in the bottles they carry it somewhat upright and put one hand on the neck of the bottle and the other on the handle so maybe that's why they've not broke off yet, because all the weight isn't JUST on the handle alone? Who knows but so far no issues. If your house is anything like mine (kids and dogs running around) I suggest purchasing a package (or five lol) of replacement lids. This is another reason I love these bottles you can purchase replacement lids in a 2-pk for somewhere around $1-$1.50 I forget the exact in store price. My empty bottles seem to take a beating and get knocked all around and the lids do break easily. In our family we go through one 5 gallon jug of water daily and since town is a good 40 minute round trip drive I don't like running in JUST FOR WATER so I have on hand right now a total of 12 of these and I'm going to site to store 3 more right now since the last three trips to town the store has been out. My adult daughter is EXTREMELY picky about water tastes and plastic smells and she says these bottles do not change the taste of the water, there is no icky smell or anything like that. So, I was ordered by my doctor to drink more water. The water from my tap was awful, so I tried to add lemon juice (from the lemon juice bottles from the drink mixes) and 1/2 tsp of artificial sweetener (1/2 tsp is 1 tsp sugar, I believe). In my process of prepping for the coronavirus outbreak I wanted to be sure I had some potable water ready just in case. I could have gone to Lowe's/Home Depot and bought some 5 Gal waters, but I don't need the water. I have a decent 5 stage filter system already, so I just need decent containers. These were inexpensive, 5 gallons, BPA free for longer storage without the plastic taste, and even came with a handle molded in to the body which seems to be a decent construction and shouldn't easily break. Came with caps that screw on. Two units cost just a little more than what one filled unit would have. All I need to do is rinse with a little bleach or high strength vinegar to clean out and then add fresh water for my backup. With some luck these will never get used. So far so good can't complain. The hot is hot and works well for a few cups at a time and seems to heat back up quickly. Having the room temperature setting inbetween seems a good idea. As other water despensers we owned with two settings the cold side would often come out luke warm taking away from that crisp cold taste.

I was very excited to find a water container that is not 7gal weighing more than I do when full. This container seemed to fit the bill. After reading reviews from REI and other sellers, I knew that taste/smell was going to be an issue so I scrubbed this container thoroughly by hand about five times, letting it completely air dry for about a week in between washings. Then I filled it with water and stored that water for several months. It still had a bit of smell when I filled it but I hoped this would not affect the taste. It did. I opened it up yesterday and the smell was very strong; I took a small sip and it tasted terrible! The after taste was even worse and lingered. This container is a great size and very thick and durable, but for $50+ (plus another TWENTY if you want a spigot), I expected the water stored within to at least be palatable. I was so excited to get this new water container before I found out it was leaking water from the lid. As soon as I received this container, I tried to wash the inside of the container, I noticed that it was leaking water. No matter how much harder it is to close the lid it still leaks. This is not a cheap product and I agreed this is a good high quality product. But I was surprised at how it passed the QC inspection. I love these 10L water containers. I purchased the water spigot too. I saw several complaints about a plastic smell but I did not experience that issue. When I received it, I left the large cap open for a week and let it air out. Then I rinsed it once and filled it with filtered tap water and let it sit for a few hours. Great product. Hot water is steaming hot, cold water is nice and chilly. Be advised, the hot and cold lights on the front turn on and off by themselves, depending on whether the heating or cooling units are actively heating or cooling or not because the water is already at the desired temperature. UPDATE: You wouldn't think it, but having hot water on hand at all times has dramatically decreased my coffee consumption in favor of drinking more tea. So, added benefit.
The cool/room temperature is actually refrigerated to be colder than the cold setting. This is such a great water dispenser, it's just unfortunate I can't use it to my needs due to the temperatures not being right. Below are the temps I measured. Cold = 46.4F Cool = 39.2F Hot = 163.4F

Cheapie water container – it is what it is. Handle broke when half full during initial cleaning after it came out of the box. Sheared straight off the container when lifted. I have been a loyal S’well customer for years, unfortunately I was dousing myself with water each time I took a quick drink during my work out. I researched and found HydroJug and I loved the way the bottle look but was disappointed when I saw they only made straws for the plastic bottles. I kept reading and watching videos about the stainless jug on tiktok when someone revealed that there was a built in straw technology and showed how you didn’t have to tilt, just sip. I was immediately excited and ordered my bottle the same night. Since having my HydroJug I find it super easy to reach my hydration goals. I drink at least a gallon every day. I'm usually not a fan of stainless steel cups/tumblers so I went back and forth whether to buy this one and i'm soooo glad I did!! Its amazing! I'm an ice eater, so a jug that keeps makes my ice last hours out in the sun is definitely a WIIINNN for me!!! Now don't get me wrong I love my regular hydrojugs but sadly they just don't do the job for me. I fill my jugs up to the top with bullet shaped ice cubes and even with the sleeve my ice will be melted completely within 3 hours. I also am loving how there isn't a bunch of condensation on the outside of the jug compared to regular jug. I used to hate how the sleeves would get soaked in water from the jugs sweating, and with the sleeve being damp/wet, it would pick up dirt as compared to a dry sleeve. THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE IS TO HAVE A SLEEVE FOR THE STAINLESS STEEL JUG JUST BECAUSE I MISS HAVING THE CUTE LITTLE POCKETS TO HOLD MY PHONE. I was considering buying one but resisted due to cost. Until I had a day where I couldn’t get water due to an over scheduled work day on the road. I work a lot from my car, where it can be difficult on some days to refill a normal sized water bottle. This has made my work days go so much smoother. I fill it up each morning with ice & water, then buckle my HydroJug in the passenger seat and go. I have definitely been having less headaches as I am getting enough water. This has kept my water perfectly cold all day, which is important to me also. I didn’t really understand how the straw worked until it came. The straw is inside and you don’t need it to pop up. You draw up the liquid easily from the curved side. I am buying one for my son who saw it & said it would be nice for him as his break room is on the other side of the building & he could use it as some days he gets too busy to refill his water bottle. It is slow to leak, but will leak a little if the top is not secured & it tips over (from some wild driving-ha!) & is not immediately turned back. Great product & stylish.Rebecca G.

I love love love these bottles. 1 bottle holds 3 gallons. So far I have gotten 6 bottles and those hold a total of 18 galons which was 3 cases of water. These bottles have freed up space. I read you can only stack 3 bottles, so thats the way I have it. You can build a shelf and stack above the bottles so you don't lose the space. Also make sure you get the same bottles, some bottles are square or round. I have the square but when ordering online it doesn't give you that option, so when I bought again I went into the store to buy. The bottles if different may not fit properly for stacking. 100% recommend, totally great for anyone who is a prepper or simply stocking up.addy
I lost drinkablity of my home well after Cat 5 hurricane Michael removed several million trees in our area. It was off to the water machine at walmart for me. I started with a couple big five gallon bottles which worked OK but are getting a bit heavy for me in my mid 60's now. Looking around I found these at wall-world too. I've tried many methods by now almost two years later, refilling purchased gallons, saving big juice jugs etc. but NONE work as well as the mid-sized bottles. Only drawback at all is there usually is no "3" gallon setting on refill vendors but tht isn't much! I have five now and some almost two years old! No clouding or yuck showing but I did have to get a set of extra screw on lids as the lids can break. Recommended.UncaLou

After extensive research we bought the A3. We are using this dispenser at the cottage for drinking water. Wanted an update from the blue plastic water containers. Very practical to have a bottom load unit so bottles are easy to load. Easy to set up. Easy to use . Cool and cold water temperatures are just fine. I prefer the temperature of the cool water. We unplug the unit when we leave. Plug back on arrival and it's not long we have cold water. Having this unit we have increased our water drinking. Don't need the hot water feature so I turned it off in the back. If using the hot water there is a child safety lock on top. To us it's quiet, only when it's filling or cooling you get some noise but doesn't bother us. Our fridge is louder. The night light feature is not necessary for us so it's turned off. Unit looks modern and stylish definitely an update for the cottage. Nice to have an indicator light to show when the bottle is empty. Easy to use the Self cleaning feature. Do it at night. Indicator light blinks when cleaning and off when complete. Not sure how it really works at cleaning. At 6 months will do a manual cleaning. So far we are happy with our purchase and recommend this unit.
Purchased for the easy bottle swap option in the lower casing. Out of the box everything seemed to work fine. I really thought it was a bonus that the exterior blends well with my current appliances. I’ve been using the water machine without issue for a couple months now. I don’t like cold cold water so my uses included ‘cool’ and ‘hot’. I saw the cold option but it never really dawned on me to try it just to see if it worked out of the box. Fast forward, A friend comes over and asks for some water and I hand them a glass to help themselves. They like cold water and saw the option. After a couple minutes of them fiddling around I ask what’s up and they let me know the button didn’t function. I've had this cooler for almost 2 years and it's been great! I used it as my primary water source for 6 months at a cabin, then moved it to my office where myself and about 10 others used it daily for coffee, tea, and drinking water, then stored it for about 6 months, and now I've recently moved it to my parents place for quick hot and cold on demand water. The hot water is hot enough to make tea in a breeze. The lower loading made changing the jug super easy. My only complaint is that it took me a while to notice the water catch tray needed cleaning since the filth blended in with the black color, but once I took it out (overflowed water bottle – user error) it cleaned up super easy. I also took to print a few paper towels on the bottom of the hose when changing the jug to keep it clean and keep any little bit of water in the pipe from leaking onto the floor, but this was very minimal.
