Tim Ferriss recommended this dated edition of the book (1993-hardcover/1994-paperback) on his podcast and it was certainly worth the read. I haven't read the revised edition but there were some excellent (and nostalgic) examples in this one: the New Coke fiasco, IBM's mainframes, Atari, etc.. Not all of the authors' predictions have been on target – like the demise of USA Today, for example. But for the most part, the 22 Laws do make good sense.rkbventuresmarketplace

Not only have I purchased this book but I just went to a workshop where I was able to meet and talk with Joe Girard himself and found out that this guy is crazy. Not crazy bad but crazy good, in so much that if you are hungry for money and are willing to listen to him and and what he has to say in all of his books, which I have read. You will be sucessful.
