Can Mcfarlane toys just make this right already? Everyone who opens this thing, the arm is broken, if you’re lucky, it’s just one. This is not the standard Mcfarlane has stood too and I know it’s not Todd’s fault but his names on this and it’s an inferior product! I was really looking forward to this item. First one was canceled on me. Luckily it came back up for preorder again. When it arrived, one of the arms was broken right out of the package. I ordered one more since it happened to be still available. Same exact problem, so obviously there is a QC issue with the company that made it. There were none available last I checked so I took one back for a refund and kept one to display. It is basically useless except for display at this point with the broken arm. Very disappointed especially with a higher price point.Ken
For an exclusive item, it fell very short on appearance and quality when compared to the standard line of figures. Paint apps were sloppy, and packaging was fragile which allowed mine to come partially undone and get loose in the package. Being an in-package collector, this was unacceptable. Seemed like it was done cheap and quick just to get it to market. Couple this with the many complaints of arms breaking off the figure, it's definitely not worth the near $50 price tag. Having built the other sets in the Batman series this was a must buy and doesn't disappoint. How Lego manages to capture the chunky, fearsome look of the tumbler is brilliant! It was a very straight forward build. Total time taken to build would have been a full day. There are a number Batmobile plating armor pieces that is done towards the end. For once, it looks like Mcfarlane Toys has managed to make a somewhat decent Batman figure. I say somewhat because it unfortunately still has some issues that keep it from being the perfect Mcfarlane Batman figure. The obvious issue that this figure has is it's overall size. Compared to other DC Mcfarlane figures, this one does look a bit smaller in proportions, which isn't all that bad, but it does make it more obvious when putting him next to other Characters that are supposed to be smaller (Damian Wayne Robin for example). On the topic of the figure's proportions, I find that the thighs look way too big & long compared to the small upper torso and arms. I think that this could've been avoided if the legs were a bit shorter. The last minor nitpick are the accessories. The Batarang seems a big too big in comparison to the figure's hands, but overall it's not a bad looking one compared to previous one's included with other Mcfarlane Batman figures. The Grapnel Gun has a good looking sculpt, but I do wish that it had a bit of paint on it in order to not make it look so "cheap".
The only positives that I see with the figure is that it has probably the best sculpted face for a Batman figure (so far) with some nice paint applications on it. The same can be said about the sculpting for the rest of the body.
Overall in hind sight, it's a somewhat decent Batman figure that has some issues, but in retrospect it is definitely one of the better ones that Mcfarlane Toys have managed to make so far. Here's hoping that they put more effort and time into giving us more figures with the good amount of sculpting that this figure has and hopefully proper proportions some day.Luis N. Pietanesi

Some gripes though, Batman has a peculiar side eye look which does cause some issues when playing /posing, its also a little limited in accessories (another set of hands would have been really useful here) and my figure's left shoulder pad fell off in the box (nothing a little glue can't fix but still). I'm not a *massive* Batman fan, but I do love Batman Beyond. When I saw that this figure was announced, I know I had to get him. It is such a good-looking figure with more detailing than you'd expect (his feet!!). I wish Mcfarlane combined the accessories between this and the regular release rather than including a BAF piece that isn't relevant to Batman Beyond. That being the case, I still think buying both is warranted if you love the animated series enough. Both figures have a different head sculpt, and this release in particular has more accurate Batarangs (though they may be too large). The regular release on the other hand has a flight stand and rocket effects to plug into his feet. Plus, with any luck, you might be able to sell the BAF piece to recoup some losses from buying both—ha!whwiv

I didnt know what to expect from the Batcycle from The Batman. However, I must say its well painted, detailed and fits a lot of Macfarlane fiures.
